「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」
