Excellent!!

Everything is nice here. Staff can speak fluent English. They are so nice and quite humorous. They can give you advice for the outing of Angkor Wat. The room are big and clean enough. It is comfortable too. I slept well at night because it was so quiet. The hotel provide pick-up service which is free of charge. The breakfast is good.

Friendly Staff; worthly for every penny

A well decorated hotel locating near town centre would be the best description to this hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and we do enjoy staying here. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. From the night market to the hotel, you can simply walk for 15 minutes along the river; or if you don't want to talk, 2 dollars for tuk-tuk can fix it. I would say choosing this hotel to stay in Siem Reap is really a bargain. Worth recommending.

友好的酒店

酒店免费接机很不错，送机价格也合理，直接给tuktuk车司机。酒店服务也很好，进出都有好的打招呼，早餐比较单一，填饱肚子绰绰有余，有拖鞋和洗漱用品，但是我们定了三人间，只有两双拖鞋，打电话要了很多次都没有送来，第二天去前台要求立即给我们一双拖鞋才拿来一双，很奇怪的是这种情况在金边的酒店也发生了，百思不得其解。。其他地方都很好！到的当天有欢迎饮料和冰毛巾，毛巾有姜和柠檬的味道，缓解旅途疲劳很有效。

Pros: - The hotel staff was friendly and offered assistance patiently - The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Cons: - There was miscommunication between the hotel and the tuk tuk driver so the pick-up service was late for one hour. - There was a few mosquitos in the room, which were rather disturbing.

This is my first trip in Siem Reap, it was amazing living in this hotel! The stuff were very nice and they prepare what I need. The did a great job! The only one matter is the water of shower head is not hot enough for shower every time, was really mass me! and there's not any shower curtain, water everywhere when I was shower :O And the mosquitos in room was a terrible matter for me. I couldn't find any noodle soup in their breakfast that's a shame. I hope they would improve them when I visit next time.

Nice small hotel with free set breakfast. It was adequate for our purpose and the price. The staff are all nice and friendly. Would probably recommend a bigger hotel is staying in siem reap for a longer time.

We loved Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely, so friendly, located on a busy road, not far to the night market and pub street, you can get a tuk tuk outside hotel for a few dollars. Nice pool area and bar/dining area. Breakfast was ok. Only small but felt very comfortable and safe. Airport transfer to hotel was brilliant, tuk tuk, loved it

One of the best cost-performance Hotels I ever stayed at. Clean room & pool. Restaurant very tasty and affordable. Hotel staff also helped out alot via Whatsapp with different questions during our stay. I would definately stay here again.

Great staff at this hotel

We were picked up at the airport on time with no problems. Staff at the hotel were very helpful giving us extra water, organising tuk-tuks, Angkor Wat tour, allowing a late checkout, etc. The hotel does not have an elevator but staff helped us with our bags when arriving & departing. Pool was clean & refreshing. Nearby was a mini mart, pharmacy & many other small shops. Good place to stay for the price we paid

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We were very happy to book drivers for tours with the hotel, over having to search for a driver on our own. The prices were fair given the convenience. Highly recommended. Tuk tuk into night market area runs around 3 USD.

The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated and staged, and the staff were gracious, as anywhere in Cambodia. But our room lacked hot water, things were sort of falling apart (threadbare towels, not enough pool towels, rock-hard beds, missing room furniture, split pool chairs, coffee watered down with tea), and other amenities were absurdly overpriced - we were charged $2.50 USD for a small bottle of water that costs about 10 cents in a store and is free in every other hotel in Asia. Weirder still was that the staff - while being lovely and kind without exception - seemed TERRIFIED of management. We had the impression that someone got in trouble every time we booked our own taxi or ate elsewhere. It felt really gross and kind of poisoned the whole experience, which is a shame given that there are countless amazing places to stay in the area. To be avoided.

les chambres ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos ,l’accueil est chaleureux , personnels souriant mais certains manquent de formation je comprend parfaitement car étant dans ce domaine ils font ce qu'ils peuvent.J'ai réservé 4 chambres et la plupart avait des problèmes avec les coffres fort .
