The hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend coming here. Wonderful place.

Excellent location and Great value for the price

We had a good stay here. The staff was welcoming and professional. The rooms are according to expectations considering the price range. The location is really excellent. One improvement potential is the breakfast, and specifically a stronger coffee. Except that, We are happy with the visit and would recommend a stay here. All the best, Glenn

We had the worst experience in siem reap urban boutique I’ve already send you feedback regarding the awful experiences we was shifted to the sister hotel the luxury which is better hotel however we feel it’s reasonable request to be considered for two nights refund I’ve sent you an email regarding compensation via monetary Refund for two nights

Alberca sucia desayuno súper personal muy amable

No estaba mi habitación disponible ya que la habían sobrevendido me mandaron a otro hotel hermano lejos de la zona que yo deseaba aunque estuvo muy cómodo y me dieron cortesías estaba lejos pero mucho mejor y más bonito La alberca del hotel que reserve se ve que nunca la limpian el agu completamente sucia no me dieron ganas de entrar desayuno muy bueno
