ホテルのスタッフ部屋の設備、サービス全てにおいて問題は無いが、徒歩圏内にコンビニ、レストラン等が無い。ホテル内のレストランはサービスがとても良かった。ツアーや買い物で手配してくれた乗り物も明朗会計で安心できた。

mal momento

llegamos con nuestra reserva ya paga a traves de hoteles.com y nis dijieron que ellos no trabajn mas con hoteles.com y que no nos podiamos alojar y tampoco podrian devolvernos lo que habiamos pagado ... pedimo hablar con el dueño y estaba en el templo dando una excursion y no podia atendernos hasta las 17 hs (nosotros llegamos a las 12) osea .. veniamos de volar 2 hiras de KL y nos pedia q lo esperemos 5 hiras hasta q el vuelva .. mienttas tanto nosotros con las mochilas a cuesta... finalmente despues de expresar nuestro enojo reiteradas veces decidieron darnos la habitacion q habiamos pagado .... pasamos un mal momento y perdimos como 3 horas en la recepcion ... sacando eso el hotel estaba bien .. ni tan buena ubicacion pero bien cuidado y limpio... obviamnte yo no volveria ... al otro dia por la misma plata nos fuimos a un hotel muchisimo mejor " centro indochino d Angkor" RECOMENDABLE

Kirin Marry experience

Good hotel affordable clean and helpful staff. Walkable to shopping centres and night market. Food is cheap and nice too. Good for musli.woth mosque nearby the area. Would highly recommed. Good great cheap and clean. May not be 4 or 5 star hotel. But it is affordable.

Great 9 day stay!

My 9 day stay at Kirin Marry was great! The family who own and operate the hotel are wonderful, even inviting me to join them for breakfast one morning, showing me how to eat their food. The staff are friendly, professional and will do anything to make your stay perfect. Having Nasir, their tuk tuk driver readily available was a plus. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great. Wifi was really strong. The only room for improvement would be the housekeeping. You have to ask for it or sometimes they ask if you want it. It would be nice for it to just happen. I would definitely stay here again.
