Vi ankom til hotellet ig fik at vide at det var under ombygning, så vi ville blive flyttet til et andet. Vi bookede to dage før, så det vidste de jo godt der og kunne dermed have oplyst det i stedet for at lade os booke.

Hidden Hotel

The hotel is not very clean and has an ant infestation. Placed a bath mat on the floor and it was covered in mud when I put it up to dry. There were ants all through my make up as well as the counter tops and floor !!!! Truely and awful experience.

Not worth it.

Hotel is at the end of a dirt road. There are loud barking dogs outside that will not let you sleep at night. AC in the room is very low & does not keep the room cool enough to be comfortable. There are a ton of mosquitoes in the room that bit me within the first 5 minutes of my stay in the room. I stayed for about 10 minutes before I decided to leave & find another Hotel to stay at. Hotel is cheap but it is definitely not worth the savings. Spare yourself & book at another hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the beds were great, staff is fantastic. Unfortunately the barking and fighting dogs at night were bothersome and you will need to take a tuk tuk to get to the market.

Good value for money

Pros: My room had a huge balcony with a bath tub. Big clean room with a big toilet /rain shower. Good air con and cable channels Great breakfast with four choices. Asian, American, continental and egg. Free tuk tuk after six pm Nice pool and staff Cons. The location is a little far from town but I don't like the crowd and noise so it was really relaxing.

Great guesthouse with super friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay there. Sooo nice staff, caring and helpful, nice and big rooms, and realy nice and green outdoor area. restaurant ther prepare very good food, nice pool with service, possibility to book massgaes or tours, free 1 way-shuttle service to night market, in quiet area but just a short tuktuk ride to centre.

Très bel hôtel et accueil excellent

Très bel hôtel calme et un accueil excellent. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour faciliter votre séjour. Les chambres sont très belles. L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart au bout d'un chemin un peu défoncé mais rien de grave. Tuc tuc gratuit de 18 à 20 h pour vous emmener ou vous voulez en ville.

Das hotel ist in einem guten zustand was in südostasien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles ist sauber. Das personal ist sehr freundlich. Die lage ist eigentlich egal da man zu fuß oder wie üblich mit dem tuktuk alles schnell erreichen kann. Die ausstattung ist gut. Vom preis leistungs verhältniss ist es das beste hotel in dem ich je meine zeit verbrachte. Es ist ein wirklich kleines und ruhiges haus. Für mich wirklich eine oase der zufriedenheit. Beim nächsten besuch in Siem reap auf jeden fall meine erste wahl.

Amazing

Our stay at the Kiri residence was amazing! The staff couldn't do enough for us, the service was great and the food was lovely! Our tuk tuk driver Saeb made our stay enjoyable, he took us on a tour around the temples which the hotel arranged which made it so much easier! He even took us shopping one day and waited until we had finished, all with a smile!!

Could be great but...

Check in day, I waited several hours for my room to be ready. Then I was told the room was on the 5th floor, no elevators. So steep stairs, no choice. The hotel is located inside one of the smaller streets so without a taxi or tricycle service it would have proven difficult to get around, but good thing I had a taxi service throughout my stay. Service was a bit spotty, sometimes it was good and efficient and sometimes it seemed very unprofessional and slow. I'd like to add though that for the most part the staff seemed willing to help. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, after the staff worked out how to turn on the outside tub without it draining constantly, it was nice and relaxing. Aircon was a bit old and ineffective. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay but I probably would not stay there again unless they made some significant improvement.

*5 stars for the food, hotel staffs and location. Really nice food for a small hotel, they also serves room-in even late night. Not so promising experiences are: -changed our room to a double bed instead of 1 queen bed -clogged toilet bowl -forgot to fetch us from bus station, booking includes free transport, BUT they pay for our tuktuk fare.

사진과 다르고 약속을 지키지 않는 숙소

회사 워크샵으로 가는 여행이라 담당자와 3번 이상 메일을 주고 받으면서 공항 픽업을 요청했었다. 하지만 픽업을 나오지 않았고, 첫날 당황한 회사 직원들은 매우 힘들어하면서 공항에서 택시를 타고 숙소를 갔다. 그런데 숙소에 도착하자 불은 다 꺼져있었고 한 직원이 오늘은 너무 늦었으니 내일 체크인을 하라며 키만 나눠줬었다. 그런데 우리는 전부 남자였는데 침대는 더블이였다. 분명히 예약하면서 트윈으로 해 달라고 그렇게 요청을 했었는데 안 되어 있었고 바꿔 달라고 하니 오늘은 너무 늦었다며 내일 바꿔준다고 했다. 그리고 한 방은 다른 손님이 이미 자고 있었다! 너무 놀랬던 경험이다! 우린 모두 남자였는데 한 침대를 써야 하는 것이였다. 픽업도 약속이 지켜지지 않았고, 트윈도 약속이 지켜지지 않았다. 그리고 사진에는 모두 욕조가 있다고 나오지만 욕조가 없는 곳이 대부분이였다. 방은 깨끗하지 못하고 실망스러울 정도로 작았다. 약속을 지키지 않고 사진으로만 잘 나온 숙소다. 절대 비추천한다.

静かなホテル

街から少しだけ離れるので静かに過ごせました。従業員も親切で快適に過ごせました。 チェックアウト後でもシャワーが借りれたので、深夜の飛行機も快適に過ごせました。

Very old building. Not as shown in the pictures.

I paid for a Single person but I had room mates of Lizards, Mosquitoes, Frogs etc. Very old building. Staff don't understand English and say Ok, Ok... for anything, Not clean. Tooth brush, paste soap provided were the CHEAPEAST with no brand name or any label (Tooth paste(green color) photo attached). Every day kept 2 tea bags in the room which was open without even a cover, Things around are very cheap items. It was a real humiliation as if it is for free!!!. Even if it is for free, cannot be so cheap. Staff confirmed something next day when discussed with the owner told me that she will confirm with the staff and later told me there was no such discussion at all and lied (but the staff had already recorded our conversation in their Register) I did not tell her to check the Register, just to save the staff from her. Cheap break fast. Towels with Holes (photo)/dirty. I will NOT AT ALL recommend anyone to stay in KIRI, NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY, CHEAPEST PLACE.

Decent hotel, but has its problems

This hotel is a bit off the main road and you can't get a taxi from the hotel later in the evening or throughout the night. It's also very loud as the rooms are not soundproof at all and there are dogs barking all night long. We also had a lot of mosquitoes in our room on the ground floor. On the plus side, it's a decent price, the rooms are nice and the garden outside is beautiful. Not sure that I would stay here again though.

Séjour tres moyen dans l'ensemble! L'hôtel est situé à l'arrière d'un autre Hotel très bruyant notamment. Lacceuil etait très agréable mais aucune promesse tenue : 1/on nous q donner la chambre la plus simple alors que nous avions réservé la deluxe. 2/les tours organisés étaient chers et timing non respecté notamment pour le coucher du soleil sur le lac ou d'un temple. Des insectes aquatiques nagés dans la piscine. La salle de spa etait remplit de moustiques... Bref, je ne recommanderai pas ce lieu si vous souhaitez passer un séjour agréable sans mauvaise surprise à Siam Reap. Seul point positif le chauffeur du Tuk Tuk! Sinon à éviter!
