Solid stay

Hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the noise of pub street. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staffs, room was ok.

We stayed two nights with Horizons Cambodia, the location is pretty convenient, it's not on main streets but only need a couple minutes walk to main road (with shops and massage). The staffs are kind and with friendly greetings, the room is not bad, the bathroom is basic, to our point of view it's not very spacious, the water of the shower was very small, so we took time to finish our shower. One thing confused us was when we checked out they said we have to pay for beers that we actually didnt consume, but after explaining to the staffs, they quickly undertood and the problem was solved. In general, it was a nice stay with the hotel.

スタッフの接客がとてもよかったです。 クイーンベッドのある部屋に一人で数泊しました。一人には十分の広さだけれど、二人だったら少し手狭かと思います。(写真と違って狭く驚きましたが私には何の不便もなかったです) 空港への迎えのトゥクトゥクもビザを取るのに手間取り待たせてしまいましたが、しっかりと待ってくれていました。 冷房はあるけれど効きません。 シャワーも水圧が弱く洗いにくいです。(ノズルが結構汚いのが気になりました) シャンプーリンスソープなし。ドライヤーなし。ヘアコームあり。タオル毎日交換。 毎日ペットボトルの水を2本補充してくれます。 設備の古さが気にならなければ、掃除も行き届き接客もよく満足されると思います。

Nice hotel, the staff was very polite and kind with all our needs, they answered all our questions and guided us with what to do during the day, the hotel is very close to pub street: less 5mins by foot. They came and get us from the airport and the same driver drove us to the temples and around the city during our stay at a fare price. The room was spacious and nice...but not so bright! Breakfast was very good, you can choose the dish you prefear from 5 options and all of these is very rich. We recommend for good quality at good price.

Staffs are very kind and honest!

At check-in, the staff solved the trouble with the unscrupulous taxi driver. Also, whenever I looked up in the lobby, they asked me kindly about me and touched me with a very friendly attitude. Since it is a sincere staff who does not tell a lie, I was able to stay at very relieved.

There was a mix-up when I arrived at the airport, where the hotel said that I hadn't sent them my flight number (they hadn't replied to either of my emails 3 days and 1/2 a day before my arrival, which would have clarified what information they need), and that I'd need to take a taxi there. (Fortunately, taxis are cheap, fixed $7.) Also, the hotel is on a poorly-lit street, so not very nice at night, though perfectly safe.

I loved this place. The people are so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. We booked our tours through the hotel which was 3 days worth. The Tuk Tuk driver was very helpful and showed us around and explained things along the way. the hotel owner spoke very good English and he had many stories to share about the history of Siem Reap. On our second last day they booked our departure bus and even picked up our tickets. I give this hotel a massive thumbs up!

Wonderful Visit

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our experience the best they could.  The bathroom, while simple, allowed the best shower we had in all of Asia.  Everyone tried so hard to make us feel welcome, without being sterile.  I can't say enough positives about this place.

Во всем Сием-Рипе единственное, что оставило приятное впечатление, - это отель, и то в основном за счет персонала и уютного дворика. Нам досталась комната Coconut. Номер крошечный, довольно темный, и с так себе видом из окна. Но все необходимое есть, в довольно хорошем состоянии. Слегка озадачил душ в туалете ))) но впоследствии мы поняли, что это типично для камбоджийских гостиниц. Особого упоминания достоин персонал отеля, который делает всё, чтобы ваше пребывание там было максимально приятным. В основном это молодежь, неплохо говорят по-английски, невероятно доброжелательны. Перед отелем есть очень уютный зеленый дворик, где приятно отдохнуть и остыть после полного впечатлений дня. В целом это очень милое место, с идеальным соотношением цены и качества.

Bien situado y personal amable

Estuvimos 3 dias en el Horizons Cambodia , nos trataron muy bien , el chico de recepción sabe hablar bastante bien español , el hotel no es una maravilla pero por el precio que pagamos esta muy bien . Bien situado, limpio y servicio excepcional.

전반적으로 예약한 모든 부분이 잘 이행되었다 만족하는편이다 단지 우리가 호텔을 이용할 당시 공사중이어서 다소간 불편한 감이 있었지만 주로 밖으로 이동을 해서 호텔로 돌아왔을때는 공사를 멈추고 있어서 조금의 수고로움만 있었다 직원들의 친절함에 감사하다

This hotel has a very nice family/friendly feel. The young staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They all speak very good english, and even some french. The Breakfast was delicious, home made crepes and french toast. We went to Preah Vihear on a long day trip with the owner and his brother in law. The journey was very pleasant with lot's of ancient and recent historical informations and stories. We were profoundly touched by the khmer people in general during our trip and we recommend this place because you get the real picture and get to discuss honestly without the polished/polite/fake facade the big hotels ask their staff to have. The real experience is not so much the temples, it comes from the people. This hotel is owned and run by a young khmer family, all your money goes to build the future of this young generation.

Warm welcome at Horizons

Really friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome and organised a fantastic Angkor tuk tuk tour at short notice. Great breakfast too. Would definitely recommend!

Eine gute Wahl

Das Gasthaus ist gepflegt und sauber, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Besitzer sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück wird in angenehmer Atmosphäre in dem kleinen Vorgarten eingenommen. Ein frisches Baguette, Ei, Butter selbst gemachte Marmelade und ein großer Obstteller waren eine gute Grundlage zum Start in den Tag. Die Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße ist ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit vom belebten Old Market entfernt. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und organisiert gern alle Ausflugswünsche. Das kostenlose Internet funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig. Allerdings haben wir mit 2 Personen nicht das richtige Zimmer gewählt. Das Budgetzimmer samt Bad ist sehr klein, hat jedoch auch eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Trotzdem würden wir Im Wiederholungsfalle ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben.
