When the electricity and water went down a couple of times, which is pretty common in this part of the world, Savon was always contactable and restored the utilities immediately. "Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! "
