「We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!」

「Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. 「Very accomodating staff. I was planning to arrive after check-in and they have a very well organized system to get your keys and to you. The rooms are small, at least the one I was in, but very comfortable and clean and very well equipped and thought out. It is peacful and queit and conviniently close to the train station with a short walk. Breakfast is great and served at a good time. 「Es gibt ein super, aber auch etwas teures Frühstück. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Altbaucharakter, so etwas muss man mögen, wenn man hier bucht. Sehr zentral gelegen, daher auch manchmal etwas lauter. Guter, abschließbarer Raum mit Aufladenöglichkeit für die E-Bikes. Alles in allem positiv.」
