「Friendly staff and helpful 」

「There were several pools.All spotless and well maintained. The beachfront is amazing as well. Turquoise waters, chair drink and snack service.Lunch cafe is right there as well. The beachfront was kept clean of debris.Beautiful turquoise water. Plenty of umbrella loungers . The staff here were excellent. 「The suite is huge and we really enjoyed the fireplace. The courtyard/dining area is very beautiful, surrounded by azaleas. Breakfast and dinner were great. The house is a bit hard to find, especially as google routed us on farm roads that didn’t exist.」

「Amazing suite with character, style, and comfortable beds. We were greeted with Kairouan Makroudh and tea on the rooftop terrace. Our host was wonderful. 」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also.
