"Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore. "

The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when the choices and flavours are endless. "The hotel is in a top location from which to explore Side. All the scenic sights, beach promenades, archaeological finds, restaurants, shops,ATMs etc are easily accessible by foot. The top floor terrace is a great place to have the breakfast, I enjoyed my tomato omelettes. . The staff are very lovely, the manager Ibrahim a very knowledgeable, speaks six languages, a well travelled person himself, was a big help in solving a problem that I had to overcome. "

"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."

"Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again."
