Also vom Prinzip her ganz ok essen war auch ok gut für die Gäste kann das Hotel nix aber alles in allem ok Zimmer waren sauber und Ausstattung ok Personal leider etwas genervt kann ich auch verstehen 2 Tage war ok aber länger nicht.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Spa Bereich war teilweise Schimmel an den Wänden bzw Decken. Im Speisesaal wurde der Nachtisch nicht nachgeräumt wenn leer dann leer. Und einen morgen wurde sogar schimmeliger Käse serviert. Für einen Aufenthalt von vier Tagen okay länger auf keinen Fall

das einzige was ich bemängeln würde war der Geruch im Zimmer der aus dem Badezimmer kam. Aus dem Abfluss kam ein sehr schlechter Geruch der sich auch nicht mit abdecken der Abflüsse beheben lies.

Half the hotel was closed and the water was not turned on for the pool slides. The staff are friendly but mostly only speak Turkish or German. All the signs etc are in German. It wasn't made clear that this hotel is mostly catering for its German guests only. Room was not cleaned during or stay there. But it is a nice place and very comfortable. If you speak German that is :(

Dreadful wi fi. Expedia info gave impression it was available. Being on my own caused me much distress and anxiety unable to keep in contact with my son, family and friends. Expedia info should make clear overall hotel is used by Germans and German is the language used by staff. I am English, was very difficult for me to communicate at times. One of the waiters Hasan spoke good English and was helpful to me. Shame no FRESH orange or pomegranate juice available at this high end hotel.

Hatalmas csalodas!!

Oriasit csalodtam a Hotels.com -ban. Aprilis 9-16-ig volt lefoglalva szoba ket szemelyre a Seher Resort and SPA-ban Sideben. Kozoltek velunk, hogy az egyik vendeg torok, o nem foglalhatja el a szobat. Kenytelenek voltunk masik szallashelyet keresni a keso esti orakban. Masnap tobb oras telefonalas es varakozas elleneben sem kaptunk segitseget a Hotels.com-tol. Igeretet tettek, hogy visszamehetunk a Seher Resortba. Ott kozoltek, hogy oda nem mehetunk ertsuk meg vegre. Aztan azt mondtak foglaltak nekunk szobat egy masik hotelben. Odamentunk es termeszetesen nem volt szoba foglalva nekunk. Harmadnap ismet tobb oras telefonalgatas utan igeretet kaptunk a segitsegre. Nem igy tortent. Negyedik nap ismet egy oras telefonalas es varakozas utan megigertek, hogy visszafizetik a koltseget, mivel masik hotelt kellett igenybe vennunk. Aprilis 13.-an ket levelet kaptam a Hotels.com-tol, az elsoben kozoltek, hogy 32 Eurot fizetnek vissza az altalam kifizetett 236,53 Euro helyett. A masikban az allt, hogy 7 Eurot fogok kapni. Azt sem ertem, hogy miert az USA-bol hivtak vissza es kellett tartanom a telefont masfel oraig es vegulis nem segitettek semmiben. Ezt a hatalmas telefonkoltseget ki fogja nekem megteriteni, plusz az elvesztett idot, penzt amit ez alaltt az egy het alatt elveszitettem. A kerdeseimre valaszt varok es termeszetesen kartiritest a felsorolt mulasztasokert.

Eine wunderschöne Woche Strandurlaub! Im Hotel ist alles bestens, sehr ordentlich und sauber, (fast) alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Zusatzangebotanbieter waren NICHT aufdringlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

When we arrived at the hotel our overall thoughts were disappointing considering the pictures that are shown on the internet, we were offered food that had been sat out for at least 2/3hrs (maybe more) in the warm air. It is obvious that this hotel is catered for the Eastern European rather than everyone i.e. for food and entertainment. The hotel lacked air conditioning considering considering the temperatures. The rooms are basic with hard beds and tiny considering they claim to be a 5 star hotel it is more like a 2.1/2. The swimming pool lacks cleanliness. After a week at the hotel my partner ended up collapsing and was taken to hospital only to be diagnosed with a bowel & kidney infection and he was not the only person to end up feeling ill as we found out during our two weeks stay. We fully recommend that you do not book with this hotel as it is not designed for British people.

siamo stati una settimana nel Seher Resort & Spa. Ottimo hotel per qualita' e prezzo. ci ha piacuto la vicinanza al mare. bella spiaggia di sabbia. gradevole anche il pranzo direttamente anche in spiaggia. in totale siamo trovate molto bene e ottimo come qualita'/prezzo.

Mycket för pengarna!

Rummet var helt ok. Rent, fräscht och helt ok sängar, i mottsats vad andra har skrivit. För liten balkong. Mycket nära stranden. Fint poolområde och trevlig personal. Vi hade all inclusive (vet inte om det går att få något annat) och det var ok mat, men vår familj föredrar nog att gå till olika resturanger). Men för priset så var det mycket bra. Öl och vin bra, läsk likaså. Starkare drycker så är raki bra men resten ska ni köpa med från planet ner. På det hela taget så är det mycket prisvärt, men inget fyra stjärnors hotell med snudd på fem. Hotellobbyn är trevlig och där känner man av fyra stjärnor. För det vi betalade så skulle vi gärna åka tillbaks. Två vuxna, en som på 14 och en dotter på 12. Fam Lindén
