「I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...

Le domaine est absolument somptueux : terrain immense, grande piscine, chambres confortables et petit point pour le portail à l’entrée qui est d’une grande élégance. Nous avons également adoré avoir accès à de nombreux animaux en liberté. Finalement, nous soulignons la cuisine typiquement sicilienne servie dans le restaurant, un délice ! Nous reviendrons 🌞 」

「We stayed in this beautiful property for 2 nights. The check in was very smooth by a friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The 4 courses dinner including drinks with generous portions only charged for €25. We would love to come back in the near future!」
