The rooms were a bit dated but the staff were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were excellent at breakfast, ensuring we had a gluten-free breakfast. The pool was great, as was the bar area, which was perfect in the evening.

Really lovely and welcoming place, vaguely on the outskirts of town so it was far enough removed from busy areas and touristy bits by the beach to be spot on for me on my work trip but I suspect it was closed enough to all that if you were a tourist. The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.

Our hosts were wonderful throughout our stay. Very helpful, kind and friendly. A beautiful location surrounded by farmland animals like sheep, cows, chickens and goats. Highly recommend to anyone. We will hopefully be back to stay in the tents for a big family holiday
