Not happy too expensive for what was offered
The facilities were poor no wifi. We paid hotels .com yet cranes demanded that we pay since they did not receive the money we checked out after 3 days in distress

Highly recommend
Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale).
