"The Wi-Fi at the hotel was often on. There was only air-conditioning in the bedroom. The living room was always hot and humid.. The place itself was in a back alley and the door was this big iron, that was hard to get in and out. The whole way doubled as a place where people could charge up their vehicles so there was constantly somebody banging on the door to come in.. also the front of the building had a water Spicket, where people would gather to get water. Lastly, of the day the cleaning...

They have a wide variety of foods on the menu for lunch and dinner. The food was very good. Breakfast was one of 3 selections but quite good.
The rooms were just the right size for our needs. Big walk-in shower with great water pressure. The beds were very comfy, and the air conditioning worked well.
The best part about staying here was the staff. All friendly and very polite. All our requests for towels or water was promptly delivered to our rooms. I had a birthday while staying here and the...

THIS is MY NEW "hidden jewel" hotel in the Philippines, & my 1st visit to a VERY COOL town called Butuan City...new hotel with ALL the amenities, super clean & quiet rooms, & a yummy outdoor pool! TOTALLY friendly hotel staff, & the hippest lil restaurant with cool retro looks that make it appear like a cool club! I love this place & will DEFINITELY return, even for the smiles of a certain staff member (WINK!) whose smile reminds me of why I yearn to do more than visit my 2nd home in the world!

Nice place. Lots of rules, procedures, and rigidity especially since we were about the only ones there; and they had to know exactly who we were.
But I would go back. Breakfast was good.

This is my ONLY go to places to stay in Butuan. Why? Its connected to the mall. I travel in by bus and the terminal is next to the Robinson's mall in which the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. Check in lobby is in the first floor. With kids, this is the most convenient way to travel. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and professional. The rooms are what we need to get away from the provincial life. The accessible mall is wonderful, plenty of places to shop and eat and for our one night...
