「I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable...

「The staff was very polite and knowledgeable and actually spoke some English. I went to the restaurant at 9:00 at night to get something to eat after a long day and I was amazed at how good the food was. The room was spotless.」

「Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.」
