「Everything was pleasing. Nice and Clean. The staff showed that they cared. The idiots in the room next door left a dog in their room while they went out to eat. The dog was barking for two hours. The staff responded so quickly and thoroughly to resolve the issue successfully I didn’t need to move my room. Great job by Kelly and Dina!!!」

「Upon arrival i knew I made a bad choice but it was just for one night and my card was already charged. Room smelled horrible! Holes in door , shower was dirty , floor was dirty . I brought my own linen and towels I wouldn’t have dared use what they offered . Headboard was full of finger prints so it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. I didn’t end up sleeping here 」
