「We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

「No parking available. Carpet filthy and stained. Mould in several places in bathroom and corridor. No wifi whatsoever even though it is advertised. Drunks shouting till 1AM then drunk woman screaming at 3.30 AM. Possibly staff member. Place was full of workmen obviously not caring about dirty work boots. Lack of wifi blamed on the brewery. 」

「The property itself was lovely. However, during my two day stay, the water temperature in my room's en suite bathroom was cold, and then tepid, both for the basin and shower. The shower water pressure was also very poor. Finally, I had early starts on both mornings, and the fire alarm went off in my bedroom due to "steam" from the bathroom.
