「I would recommend staying here whenever you're in Lexington for a brief stay.. it was a beautiful property adjacent to a strip plaza, but the property itself was clean, uniquely decorated, and very welcoming. I was only there 1 night this trip, but would absolutely book it again for work travel. Great bar and dining, safe parking, and clean, quiet, spacious rooms.」

「For a one night stay, it was very satisfying. We would definitely stay again.」

「Great room」

「Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton.」

「When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

「It was not to clean with the sofa, dishes and bowl. Front desk service kept watching movie on her cell phone. It did not pay attention with customer. 」
