"Thank you for not charging me for the stay. I appreciate that resolution. Although the nightly price is affordable, it is still important that the rooms match what is advertised, clean and with properly working facilities. My room was not in acceptable condition, particularly with the cleanliness issues and the malfunctioning AC. I hope improvements will be made so future guests receive the standard that is being marketed. Thank you again for resolving the billing. "
