"The camp is off of a dirt road but there are signs to direct you to it. They were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Buffet dinner is only served at 8 pm and no other food is available so come prepared to wait to eat. Food was delicious. Breakfast was also good. "

It was a wonderful experience to stay there! The staff who welcomed us were all very nice and polite, including the (very helpful after a long day) transportation service members from Petra to the Luxury Camp.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and we could tell that even small details of the room were very well taken care (e.g. bed linens, welcome coffee set, and how they are neatly arranged).
The Bedouin traditional music with simple set of instruments was excellent around the fireplace...

Staying up on the hill at Petra Pillars made a big difference for us, it’s far quieter than the hotels packed right around the Visitor Center, and coming back to those mountain views and the pool after hours of walking was great.

Great location close to Petra, with a clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Wadi Musa is a great city, and the hospitality was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great base for visiting Petra!

Nice rooftop, 5 minutes walk from the entrance of Petra, for those who want there is the possibility of having a lunch box (containing 2 sandwiches 2 fruit snack water and juice), excellent cleaning and very kind staff.
Rooms are air-conditioned.

An absolute dream! Beautifully build property. Super nice, friendly and well trained staff. Excellent food and spacious rooms and public areas. Really a gem within all the hotel madness in Petra. Spend the extra dollar - you will not regret it after long days of walking and hiking in Petra!

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very cozy and well decorated. The mountain views of the Petra area was amazing. The staff were first rate and the food was excellent. It was definitely much more than I expected. My wife and kids also felt the same way. They also have a nice spa called the Loofa Spa. I reccomend it as well. The hotel staff even arranged for me to have a day excursion at Wadi Rum and even allowed me to charge the expense to my room. I would highly...

Absolutely great place to stay. Staff was excellent and the room was the best I’ve had in three months of travel. Great location, a 2 minute walk from the best restaurant in town. About 6 minute drive to Petra entry gate.
