「My room smelled fresh as soon as I opened the door, it was clean, including the lobby, breakfast area and outside. The overall staff was friendly and the front desk provided excellent customer service. They checked in on me after we arrived, gave a great recommendation for a local restaurant, Joanne’s, and allowed me to do a late, late checkout for a small fee since we had late flights.
