"Everything was nice and clean when I got in the room. I have back problems and found that the bed was not the best for my back but all the bedding was clean and the pillows were fresh. The bathroom was nice and clean and well stocked and all the towels were clean and well stocked. I did have to report the bathroom sink as it seemed partially plugged. Everything was nice and neat and everyone was very polite. The food that I had for the breakfast was good too."

"Other than the fan not working in the bathroom, everything else was very nice, Staff was pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was hot and plentiful. The Lobby was very inviting and was a comfortable place to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy either a drink from the bar or a cup of coffee from the French bakery! Parking further up the street was not an issue at all, they also have valet parking if needed. Check in and checkout were quick and easy. As a Solo female, I felt very welcomed, safe and comfortable! I would stay here again."

"I lost all my email. We contacted Homes2 Suites main office to see if we got our reservation. They told us to call the hotel directly. We did. They assured us that we had no reservation and nothing was now available. So we stayed elsewhere. But surprise, when we got home we were billed for a room at homes2 Suites. I feel they stole $200 from us by not truly checking for our reservation. Worthless front desk staff."

"This place is good for convenience only. The front staff is very nice and friendly. Property itself is alright. Plenty of free parking which is also cool. The room itself was… okay. It’s non smoking but you can smell hints of cigarette smoke from people who don’t want to follow simple rules. The hard floors weren’t that clean and had some dust and debris/dead bugs in some areas that I had to clean myself. Toilet wasn’t the best but at least it was clean and worked. If you use the bathroom fan you’ll smell a mix of old dust and yup, cigarette smoke. Gotta love it. The walls are super thin so if you stay in a room downstairs good luck with your upstairs neighbor. It’ll be extremely noisy and you’ll be annoyed for sure. If you’re trying to save and just find a place to try to sleep for the night, sure try this place. Otherwise look elsewhere and maybe pay a little extra for more comfort/cleanliness."
