"The gentleman who worked the front desk during our stay was fantastic! He was super welcoming, helpful and friendly. I could tell he put a lot of effort into getting things taken care of - which we dont often see when we travel, so I alwasys like to share this when I see it. The property is older and would benefit from updates, but aligned with what I expected from this tier of hotels and the price point, which was a value. The breakfast offerings were also limited, but it sufficed. The location is great - it's a quick walk into downtown and to the shore where we viewed the sunset behind the bridge."

"The room and the property were very nice as usual. But I was very disappointed that the pool had been filled in. Also, things have changed for check in. Apparently there is no one on the premises most of the time, and there is a sign on the door for a number to call. I guess we missed the personal touch that we experienced in the past. We will not return."
