"Room was spotless. Staff spoke English well and were polite, helpful and resourceful. The heated pool was fun and safe. There was a lifeguard on duty. The kids play area was enormous and filled with dress up, DIY area, and ball pool. My kids, 5 & 10 really liked it. "

Kudos to front desk and transportation team who always help me with questions and bookings. Appreciate John from the front desk fix my suitcase defective parts and Simione handle bookings for me , and so many more people I did not get chance to know their names. Hope to see you again !"
