I booked through Expedia and paid higher price compared to my friend walked in for a room and they offered him 800 rs less for his room. For 3 rooms I paid 2400 rs extra or about $28 more. The hotel staff didn’t lower the price. I paid in Indian currency

Cheap hotel with higher prices.

Looking at the price, hotel is really cheap. They also own hotel Sujal which is right opposite to this property and I had stayed there also earlier. As per facilities, both are same and price of Sujal is almost half of Jivanta. We arrived there at 6PM. At about noon we called the property and informed them about our arrival time. After check in, when we reached our room, we were greated by a technician, who wanted to check the AC. To our surprise it was not working. This simply means that they knew about the AC problem but didn't do anything even after receiving our call six hours prior our arrival. The technician took about one hour just to find the problem. We had a long drive of about 10 hours and we were really tired, so we requested the staff to do the repairing after some time as we had to take shower and go to the temple immediately. When we came back from temple the issue was sorted out. We had dinner at hotel restaurant and it was too spicy. Barely managed to eat something. They don't have any parking space. You need to park your vehicle at hotel Sujal's premises. Overall experience is not good. With the same prices better options are available. Even by shelling out little more money Sun and Sand is available just opposite to this hotel. Had stayed there earlier and Sun and Sand is really good. Avoid this particular property if you can.

I stayed here back in 2017 and I liked the hotel back the. I reserved a room for my parents recent visit to Shiridi last week. I made reservation for a Executive room for 2 nights which should accomodate 3 people and should have double bed as per description on the details. Having booked a Executive room, receptionist didn't provide the room as it looks in the picture and it is not what I reserved. My parents ended up paying 7000 extra for an extra room for 2 nights. Receptionist at the front desk tried to argue about the reservation we made. My Family visits SHIRIDI every year and I will prefer not to choose JIVANTA Hotel from neext time and would recommend anyone else not to choose because of the staff service we received at front desk.

Nice hotel near to temple.

It was great stay at Shirdi. Closer to temple. There are more hotels which are closer, but this hotel gives star hotel experience.
