I stayed only for one night and my main purpose was to visit the Shirdi Sai Temple. The shuttle service from the hotel was very convenient. And the staff were very helpful and welcoming! Food was included in my room rate, so that was a bonus. I will definitely return to this property on my next trip.

Not so clean and comfortable. Also, they refused to pack a meal for the baby during breakfast as my baby had not eaten anything in the morning hours. I mean, this is so disgraceful on the part of the staff. Also the pool had high amount of chlorine and not clean.

Great service. Overall the attitude of staff is amazing, they make you feel special. Food is really nice. But the infrastructure is falling apart. The bathroom door got stuck twice with a member inside and we were told it often happens. The room bell wasn’t working and then main door of the room got locked. The drop shuttle is in bad condition.

I'm extremely happy to stay here for 3 nights. Pros 1. The place is neat and clean 2. Staff are extremely responsible and friendly. 3. Free transit to and fro to Samsthan. 4. Restraunt and Food serving area are near and hygenic. And good quality is great. 5. Reasonable pricing. 6. Sound proof rooms help us not to get disturbed when there is a wedding or function takes place in the property. Cons 1. The rooms could use some natural air ventation. And bathrooms need an exhaust fan. 2. The transit vans that help us go to samsthan need an upgrade as they are more of a service auto with covered top. Despite of the downsides, i extremely loved this place and would definitely stay here when in in shiridi next time.
