"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. "Lovely owner - gave gifts and room was great. Had the best sleep at this hotel. Hairdryer is out of this world good. Really modern and nice. If catching taxi tell them to go to 西街1219 and they should be able to find it. It’s also a coffee shop and owner makes good coffee. So convenient to walk up to Huangshan from here and you can grab breakfast from the many vendors on the street on your way up. Recommend the bread stick and soya milk (just ask them). "
