Quaint motel, older but well kept. Appreciate it being pet friendly as we are travelling with a small dog. Check in was quick and easy, front desk lady was polite, courteous and helpful. Room was clean beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Price can't be beat! It had everything I would want from a motel/hotel room, and had a microwave which was handy. Its definitely outdated but very clean. Ive been a couple times and would go back!

Very convenient location for a stop when travelling. Comfortable, clean, the staff were very helpful, courteous and attentive, the lady called previous to our arriving and it was helpful because we ran late in our driving from Toronto and she was expecting us for the check-in. Highly recommendable for resting after a long drive

Walls are quite thin which made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Motel is very dated but very clean and well kept. Only 10 minute walk to the centre of Lennoxville which was very convenient. Overall good stay. Price could potentially be a bit cheaper.

Just a quick overnight stay in Sherbrooke as we were on a road trip going east. Everything was fine for us and the basics were covered: cleanliness and pleasant staff. Can't really comment on much else, but would recommend this motel.

The property was average. The room was clean enough but very dated. Smallest bathroom ever! There were limited options for dining within walking distance. Lots of train horns. Good news... the pool was spacious and clean (except a couple young lads smoking there). The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was the perfect location for viewing the eclipse 2024. Accommodations were basic but a great value. The owner proprietor was very accommodating and friendly which added to our enjoyment of the eclipse. We did not have to deal with any traffic going to and from viewing areas. It is within walking distance to a number of places to eat.

This is a simple, clean, functional, convenient, and affordable motel in a quiet location on the outskirts of Sherbrooke, great value for the money, pleasant front desk, simple amenities, comfortable beds. It was a perfect location to attend nearby music and dance events, where we were not spending any time other than sleeping at the motel. These modest motels have a real role in providing affordable lodging to a mix of travelers and I, for one, was very appreciative of this as an option. I only downgraded staff/service since the front desk is not open 24 hours, requiring us to come there before our event to check in while it was open. Staff was quiet yet friendly.
