"Bar okay. Breakfast: continental poor no plates no glasses for juice last day no stock not even bread. Cooked ok when you could get it 2 out of 4 days 1 day provided after some heated discussion with manager. Overall rating very poor."

"So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then"

"So good! Great location and lovely staff. Room had an amazing view and everything we needed. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs to get to the top floor, but once you are there it’s totally worth it. Incredible view."
