the drain of the shower was blocked, only a few minutes and the water was already flooding out into the bathroom. Close to the train station, and there is a small shopping mall nearby with quite a few food options.

Just feel some smoke smelling on the next morning. But overall are very GOOD especially the customer services. Thankful for the room decoration and dessert for us. We will come again next time cos the hotel location is also good and convenience.

Unresolved Air Quality Issue

We booked a two bedrooms, but from check-in until the next morning, the central air-conditioning system was filled with a strong smoke smell. While the hotel staff was responsive—delivering an air purifier to our room after we complained—the root issue (smoke odor in the central AC) was never resolved. This was particularly disappointing as we were traveling with children and elderly family members, making the poor air quality unbearable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, but this oversight significantly impacted our stay.

A nice, perfectly located hotel, with pristine, spacious rooms. The staff was kind and attentive, but arguably not all members were very professional. Communication was difficult at times.The Breakfast buffet is superlative. Dinner is very limited.

One of the best hotels I stayed in! The staff were helpful and patience with my limited Mandarin! Room was spacious, clean with all the necessary toiletries! A very comfortable room and will book again! One complaint is that it took three elevator rides to get to your room from the square outside down below, very inconvenient and weird!
