地點方便，竹子林B2 出口便是。 設施較舊，但還算整潔。我的房間是兩張大單人床房，足夠一家四口的家庭入住。 自助早餐選擇及味道還可以。 大堂傍的㗎啡室有英式下午茶 High Tea, 但價格是¥210 一位，但只是得幾款糕餅，環境又不優閒；應該不會有太多人光顧。

酒店跟竹子林地鐵站很近，大概3-5分鐘就到，員工對客人禮貌週週，而且有問必答，值得讚賞!房間寬敞舒適，有室內泳池，不過最好帶備泳帽。健身室也很寬敞，儀器齊全。自助早餐美味可口，款式多樣化。若不在酒店吃早點，可嘗試酒店週圍的美食。

房间很大，虽然有点旧，但是大公司管理维护得不错，早餐不便宜但是种类很多，楼下就是地铁口，坐两三站就有大商场，附近找一找，有一家网红臭豆腐，巨好吃。

这家＂五星＂酒店太差了，非常旧，最多三星！ 每次洗澡都是满地水，浴缸安袋不合理，前面高，后面低，下面总有水排不干净，洗澡时水顺着墙边流到后面，再流到地上。搞得一地都是水，非常危险！ 早餐也一般！

鄰近地鐵竹子林站B2出口側，週邊有食市，近景點，對面馬路是高鐵站，非常方便。健身室也大，多器械。唯獨酒店比較舊，入住當晚朋友房間，壞抽氣扇，但房服也很快更換新的。而另一間房臨退房時馬筒塞了。

就在竹子林站B2出口側, 位置方便
酒店地理位置不錯, 就在竹子林站B2出口側, 選這個酒店就是為了去華僑城創意文化園以及歡樂海岸遊玩, 都是1到3個地鐵站之遙。 酒店房間面積大, 用具尚算整潔, 但惜配套陳舊, 淋浴冷熱水難以控制, 水壓不足, 冷氣亦可能因房間面積而久久不能降溫。相信酒店需要考慮深層除塵蟎, 因呆久了在房間會有輕微被咬感覺。
