「Excellant service at this fine hotel. All employees greeted us daily with a smile and hello. Management staff is very polite, professional and always accommodating. Restaurants are great, breakfast buffet is supurb. If you get the breakfast package where one is free, you need to tell them the days you will not be eating breakfast of they will automatically charge you for your companion. Close to the Forbidden City. Definitely will stay at this property again.」
