「We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.」

「Hotel Room and staff were lovely as was the food, the spa facilities are nice but front of desk staff at spa, not very good (booked couples massage with prosecco and fruit, no fruit or prosecco, we complained and they told us they did not offer this and we felt like they were implying we were lying) -the spa is not ran by the hotel」

「Totalmente recomendable. Llegamos casi por la noche tras un día largo, y nos comunicaron que no veían nuestra reserva por un problema con expedia, pero en un momento se pusieron a solucionarlo, limpiaron una habitación y nos la facilitaron. Mientras tanto, nos invitaron a algunas bebidas para hacer más amena la espera. La decoración del hotel es exquisita con todo detalle. En cuanto al parking y al desayuno todo genial. Lo único malo es que no son las habitaciones insonorizadas y se escucha...

「A warm welcome in Kruje! The host is incredibly friendly and very helpful. We arrived a bit later and wanted a quick bite. He ordered a pizza for us and even brought it to our room. The room is fully equipped, super clean, and has a cozy balcony. Breakfast is delicious!」

「Great Hotel. Staff very welcoming. Parking on site. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Family friendly and the pool is a great addition to the hotel in the evening after spending the day at the beach. 」

「Nette, schone en goed onderhouden appartementen. Mooie, moderne inrichting van alle gemakken voorzien. Tijdens ons verblijf van 1 week werd er tussendoor nog een keer uitgebreid schoongemaakt en beddengoed en handdoeken vervangen. Personeel is de hele dag in de weer om alles te verzorgen en waar je voor vragen terecht kan, helaas praten ze geen Engels dus moet met Google Translate. Handdoeken bij het zwembad worden verzorgd.」

「Stella was extremely helpful with communication before arrival regarding booking a taxi to Montenegro as well as other taxis to get around some sights - her English was flawless which extends to her humour as well. The other team members in the hotel and cafe bar where breakfast is taken equally as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, good choices and large! Location was convenient for walking everywhere Would highly recommend this small boutique hotel...

「We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still 」
