「The front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Our door would not open despite getting a green light and one of the women suggesting pulling up in the handle rather than down, which solved the door problem. The breakfast staff were also friendly and moved rapidly. As for the breakfast buffet, we were pleased with the quality. 「The property grounds are absolutely beautiful with multiple cottages, gardens, lakes, and outside seating areas by the water. Harry's Restaurant on site has great food and a lovely outdoor seating area where you can watch the ducks, geese and white swans float by. Unfortunately, the lodging in the main two-story building is nothing special and does not match the exquisite property. We had just a one-night stay so didn't get to use the amenities and activities.」
