「free car park. quiet room. but only microwave oven, no stove」

「Great place, good location」

「My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW」

「Guests get $15 dining credit for no requiring housekeeping」

「乾淨客房，雖然室內空間不很大，一人住蠻剛好。設備齊全。 接待的員工很熱情，讓人心情愉悅」

「Great location, close to Mascot train station. The room is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, making it ideal for families.」

「I got free parking offered which is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and with fast reaction. Location is perfect!」

「Very nice boutique hotel. Good size & clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Conveniently located close to the Redfern train station and local cafes. 」

「There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?」

「整體不錯。」

「really nice room. Received notice before we arrived that the room we booked would have been noisy. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent」

「very good」

「The Reception staff very kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late, which helped with my travel planning.」
