Very basic, clean but small. We stayed here due to an event at Sheffield Arena, otherwise we’d have chosen somewhere else. Something to note parking is £9 and is valid from check-in until 12 the next day only

If you looking hotel next to the Sheffield Ice Rink, this is best, just next to the Ice Rink. Clean, enough parking, great facilities, very helpful staff. Only remember, this is budget hotel, not 5 star hotel. For the Budget hotel, absolutely great.

Having paid 108 pounds for a budget hotel for one night when i got to the hotel i was told parking was 8.95 for 1 night, there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, i paid extra for breakfast there was no cooked breakfast ( very disappointing ) and coffee was an extra 1.95 . A quite basic budget hotel with quite a few add extra prices, overall it was quite a disappointing hotel. The only thing about the hotel that was good was the location but dont think ill be using it again

The room was very nice and clean, staff were helpful. The only annoying thing is there is no kettle or tea/coffee in the room and there was an additional charge for hot drinks at the reception for £1.95 which isn't that much but it soon mounts up. That's the only downside of the hotel.
