「We had a great experience, the front desk staff was very welcoming and polite. The hotel and our room were both very clean and quiet at night, the location was excellent. I also want to say thank you to Bailey for making our stay comfortable and for giving us suggestions on where to eat for dinner and for telling us a little history about why Sheboygan is a must to visit and will definitely come back and stay here again.」

「The parking situation is a pain, you have to go into the front to check-in and then move your car to the back and use a parking pass. The bed was really hard.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken...

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「Wonderful trip with my wife and 2 month old. Wife loved the spa and I got to golf whistling straights. Great food everywhere. Very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested another and were accommodated. The key card sometimes worked and most times didn’t. The room was fine although the AC seemed to make the room more humid somehow. The bathroom fan didn’t work. There were hotel storage items in the swimming pool area. And vacuum cleaners were stored at the bottom of guest access stairway. Breakfast was very basic. All in all over $442 for two nights was too high of a cost.」
