Room and beds were clean. Not much food for continental breakfast and found it difficult to get extra towels. But overall decent clean space.

It was the worst dump that we ever stayed. The property needs cleaning updating advertising a terrible breakfast all around horrible place to stay And they had the guts to ask $2 charge for a bottle of water on top of it

I called AmeriVu the day before my arrival to verify how to use my Expedia credit. Staff instructed me not to do anything online ahead of time. They told me they would apply my Expedia credit during check-in. When i arrived the staff told me they could not apply my credit. So i had to pay full price with my own funds. Also breakfast was only cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, milk. Not even donuts!

Overall, the room and hotel were okay - nothing special. We did notice the bathroom flooring was quite worn down, and the sink stopper was inoperable. Lighting in the room was by one overhead light - but windows and auxiliary lights helped. Included breakfast was minimal - and front desk was rarely staffed.
