「We were unable to stay do to the unsanitary of the room the fire alarm was wrapped in plastic the floors were not cleaned their was food on the wall and used underwear still in bed sheets hair in beds hair and urine throughout the bathroom.」

「The 4 days/3 nights stay was okay at most. We had our 2 dogs with us which were free of charge. There was no refrigerator in the room. We used the ice machine on the hallway to keep some food cold... There was good air conditioning especially during these 100F days! The bathroom sink faucet was hard to operate without spraying water all over. We ended up putting 2 of the large towels around the sink to retain the water. $162 per night was high for these conditions but it was 4th of July weekend,...

「Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation....
