"It was a cute boutique property with amazing view and friendly staff. Downside though is quite isolated and limited access to facilities. The hosts compensate for it with recommendations to auto rickshaw (tuk-tuk), taxis and motorcycle rental contacts. Overall, I will recommend this property. "

"After seeing good review, I booked this hotel but by mistake I booked 2 rooms for our family of three (husband, wife, kid). I requested both Hotel.com and Viaan management to kindly consider cancelling one reservation but they didn’t as it was under non refundable policy. Fair enough.
