"Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. I booked this hotel because of its rating of 9.2 from over 1000 customers. Its neighbor Fairfield had 8.8 from 400 customers. When we arrived to Holiday Inn - nobody was at the reception. I came there three times and all three times I had to wait for young men to come from another room. Little respect was omunicated instantly through this service level. We were given a room that did not smell right. The other room had no smell but was still below my expectations in terms of amenities (quality of the carpet, bathroom tile, etc.). I ended up booking another room in Fairfield next door (Marriott Bonvoy) and spending the night there. Lesson learned: ratings are somehow rigged. This Holiday Inn and the Fairfield are like night and day in terms of service quality and interior. But prices were comparable. Sorry for the negative review."
