"Light wasn’t working at the entrance of the room. Complained and was told someone will come take a look, but nobody showed up. Found a cockroach at the door on the second day and informed staff at the front desk. "

"Well let’s start with the pictures are not this hotel. There is no green Fruniture down stairs. Definitely a older hotel.. Elevator is suspicious. Room didn’t look like the pics either and had a carpet clean smell but didn’t exactly look clean. But the bed was comfortable no lie. Also something is going on with the phones. My phone rang all night and no one was ever on the other line when I grabbed it. I ended up disconnecting the phone for the duration of our stay. I noticed a man tell the front desk the Sam thing. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful, breakfast was free I really jus go for the waffles which never disappoint. "
