Rooms and hotel were spotless. The gardens were exceptional.
Loved everything - best food was at Amourie the Lebanese restaurant, for us.
Hated the surrounding area outside the hotel - grubby, seedy and felt cheap.
Golf buggy rides around the hotel and up the pier were such fun. Ride up the pier to go to the free snorkelling
ng was fun too.
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, it was modern, clean and we liked the choice of food and restaurants. Would come back and stay here again

Honestly if not the best hotel I stayed in!! The staffs are amazing and the food wow just wow! Stayed for 4 nights so had access to 3 A La Carte restaurants and when I tell you they were amazing. HAMA was our favourite. They are spot on with customer service and the views from our balcony honestly 5* luxury
The hotel is extremely disappointing, especially considering all the positive reviews and its high rating.
The hotel refuses to provide guests with bottled water or other bottled drinks, claiming that this is part of their environmental policy. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with protecting the environment and feels more like an attempt to cut costs, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay. We even saw staff providing bottled drinks to guests after receiving tips.
The food was also very disappointing. Once certain dishes ran out, they were not replenished, and guests were simply told that the food was already finished, sometimes within the first hour of the meal.
I also waited more than an hour to receive clean towels, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
In my opinion, this hotel is a real waste of potential. The property itself looks beautiful and clean, which makes the poor service, food, and overall experience even more disappointing. It could be a great hotel, but unfortunately, the service and management do not live up to its appearance or its high rating.
Food was great, big choice and everything included in the all inclusive aside from lobster, even the lovely cocktails. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
First in Sharm El Sheikh, great hotel, very friendly staff, great facilities, and 5 Al A Carte restaurants to choose from - the Japanese restaurant is a must try.
Definitely worth a revisit.
We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend.
We loved this hotel. It’s our first visit to Sharm after 20 years and the hotel location, structure, furniture and all facilities are amazing. The service is something else, everyone wants to provide you with the best service. We loved all the waiters in the main restaurant and the chiefs. The food is very tasty with so many varieties to please everyone. We loved everything and will definitely come back when we visit Egypt and Sharm again.
Beautiful beach resort. It’s new with spacious and well insulated rooms. The food was very good and I highly recommend opting for the all inclusive option. The beach and multiple pools are perfect and make you feel like you are truly in paradise. Lots of games too - tennis, billiards, corn hole, volleyball, etc. My only negative comment is that they don’t know how to make mixed drinks and the wine is subpar, but everything else was 5 stars.
Upon arrival the hotel lobby is beautiful. We were greeted with fresh drinks and warm hospitality.
Rooms are spacious and well kept, bear in mind there are no lifts. However, they have buggy’s to take you around which was the best thing ever! We had a lovely pool view.
Food - there are 5 a la carte restaurants and depending on your stay you could try up to 3-5. We tried amoura (Lebanese) our favourite, limoni (Italian) also amazing and sinfiran. You also have the option of the main buffet, pool side restaurants and beach restaurant. There’s plenty of options and tasted all delicious.
There are 3 main pools which includes 1 adults only, They are heated which was great.
Staff were very lovely, in the buffet area they were always helpful and welcoming. Also, everywhere around the resort they are available and always ready to make your day better.
Beautiful hotel, pictures do not do it credit. Staff were so helpful, however the food whilst lots of choice, was very average, notable exception was the Japanese which we enjoyed. However the seafood whilst the location on the beach perfect, gave me a nasty bout of food poisoning which was not ideal. Was I unlucky yes probably but be careful.
We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel over all was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better.
Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware
The property was beautiful, great facilities but, the food in the buffet was limited and not a lot of it, trying to get a drink was laughable. Whether by the pool or by in the main buffet it was impossible. Some of the staff were rude.
To balance out the negatives the main bar service was superb and the food was better in the a la carte restaurants.
Reputedly the second best hotel in Sharm.
I wouldn’t rush back.
For a winter sun break, this property ticks a lot of boxes - large, well equipped resort with a selection of decent restaurants and a staff that is (mostly) anxious to please. However, it’s a stretch to say this is a five star resort as the service could be haphazard (language barrier unfortunately contributed to this) and the attention to detail on certain things not being quite up to scratch (room fittings such as leaking shower and broken kettle for eg). But then the price of this resort does mitigate the downsides - it certainly offered good value for money overall. So, if you are looking for wow factor and a once in a lifetime break, this isn’t it but if you want a decent, fairly priced week in the sun it’s a decent option.
