Very homely and confirtable. Hospitality is very good.particularly the Manager Sami Abdel Azim makes sure all guests are happy. And Wahab Mustafa and all his peer staff wiek hard and sametime polite and kind. At the beach Ayman Salam is very helpful and on the feet always to keep the guests comfortable.bar staff entertainment team and room cleaners also to be mentioned of their dedicated work.plenty of appetising food and varies every meal daily.beach is clean. Overall excellent during our 10days stay during christmas vacation.

The hotel was quite good in terms of cleanliness. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly, but I cannot say the same for the bar section. The bar was pretty slow. The food was delicious but there was very little variety. Food variety should be increased. It was also very nice that they gave us a takeaway meal since we were leaving the hotel at night. The best part of the hotel was the sea. The beach was wonderful.

Super efficient professional and friendly staff who truly go above and beyond to ensure your holiday to to the maximum satisfaction, shame the staffs work ethics are not as prevalent at home. The dining experiances at Tuscana & Ali Baba restaurants are amazing along with the cocktails and food add further enhancements to a wonderful value for money holiday, the general manager and customer relations are always walking around should you wish to raise any issue and they re approachable and will take action and not fob you off. Overall rooms excellent, service and staff exceptional and fantastic value for money, you will find it hard to better this adult only hotel for 16 years old and over, see you all soon.

2nd time blues

2nd time at this hotel and just not as good as last time 1st off despite requesting the same room as last time didn’t get this and to top it off put us in a room with twin beds Room changed on day 2 but still not ground floor Room cleaning has been dia no sculptures bed sheets too small for bed and beach towels not changed as they were changed at 4pm yet you can stay on the beach or in the pool until 6 Pillows left on floor and dirty glasses by beds The food seems to be of a lesser quality lots of chicken and kofta and as for the wine all I can say is paint stripper The staff are excellent but little things like lack of beach service and now water bottles not available only glasses of water which they struggle generally with glasses god knows who this will work. The above comments have left me seriously considering if I would return !

Excellent experience, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous holiday, nothing is to much trouble, even though the mostly young staff who work 14 hour shifts always remain polite, friendly and smiley. The beach bar is amazing, I have attached a photo of Mr Sayeds and Mr Samehys amazing team. Hana and Islam buzz about non stop serving drinks, Hana also does an amazing dance on birthdays and special occasions, so prepare to be pounced ha. From burgers, pizzas, hotdogs and fish and chips and even healthy salad options, brilliant work guys, thank you so so much. The Ali Baba is amazing, the Tuscana restaurant is amazing, very hard to find anything to complain about, maybe some fans or extractor fans in the Ali Baba restaurant as the grills brought to the tables are very smokey and imaging its not particularly good in the warmer months. Mr Salem on the reception is a fantastic gentleman, ask him anything, his knowledge is amazing. Mr Osama and Mr Mamdough are always on hand to iron out even the smallest of issues, lastly you will never forget the guest relations Mr Youseff, amazing, impeccably dressed and the friendliness you will receive is beyond belief, the entertainment staff try everything to get you out of your seats and dancing, playing beach games or just plain fun, great work Janna, Mo, Diabb, stay safe everyone and see you soon.
