All the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year.

Fantastic Hotel and Staff

We moved to Coral Sea Water World after a nightmare few days at Jaz Sharks Bay which was a shambles. Coral Sea experience was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I forgot to book the Italian Restaurant on the eve of my wife’s birthday. When I popped in during the evening they told me not to worry they would make a table available which they quickly organised. My wife and I had a fantastic evening and when I went to pay for the meal they said it was on the house. The next day the hotel knew we were checking out but still sent an amazing birthday cake which we shared with the pool staff and entertainment team. Thus was our goth trip to the Coral Sea but first time back since around 2013. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

Great service for an all inclusive

The hotel is a bit old, so shower isn’t great and décor could be updated. But the service is amazing. In restaurants and bars and also around the pool and even at the beach. Food is good but they could improve on afternoon snacks. Room was always very clean. I would return without hesitation

Nice hotel, good food choices, but not so much if you're vegetarian. Issue was that the large pool wasn't heated and the water in the weather park was also cold. Presumably they were saving money because it's their winter. But that meant we didn't use the park as much and I couldn't swim as the small pool wasn't a swimming pool and got very busy during the day.

My family and I stayed for 1 week in two rooms overlooking the pool/beach. There is a lot to like about this hotel - the rooms were excellent and newly renovated; the water park was the stuff of dreams for my 10/12 year olds; there is plenty to do inside (tennis, pool table, table tennis, plus the obvious water stuff) and outside the hotel (we enjoyed desert sand buggies and coral reef snorkelling); spa, which once you get past the sales desk was great / cheap; and controversially the food, which I know a lot of people were unhappy with but if you avoid the ropey looking European stuff and stick to falafel, tagine, tahini, kofta, pita, chicken, baklava etc then you can eat pretty well. These positives were partly offset by many of the staff, particularly the waiting staff in the main restaurant who were difficult to attract and the looked thoroughly miserable, adding to the depressing atmosphere in this space. The beach was also disappointing - not the hotel’s fault but you have to walk for around 1 km to find sea deep enough to swim in, which was a shame as the beach itself was lovely. So all in all if you are looking for a value oriented family holiday, have water obsessed kids and are willing to compromise on a few things then go for it.

When we arrived, this hotel was under maintenance;so I booked in Coral Sea Holiday and Resort. The desk guy- Hussein - was very helpful and the barman was very hospital at the entrance. The superior room was satisfying. It had a pool view and a partial sea view. The hotel is clean in general;The gardens, the pools and the restaurants. I like food but the food in this hotel was special. It is served by professionals. I think everyone in the diners loved it. The staff was very amiable and they ask you if you need something from a time to time. It was sunny and hot during the five days but it was very pleasant that we didn't feel it. We enjoyed dancing, volleyball, meditation and snorkeling. One could see different types of coloured fish(s) and corals. The WHO regulations of Covid19 was applied. The waters were supervised all the time. I will be back next summer ISA

Hotellets personale var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Maden var fin kvalitet men ikke så varieret. Badelandet var over alt forventning. Vi var dog skuffede over at vi ikke kunne snorkle fra stranden, da det var det vi var kommet for.

فندق رائع ما عدا الطعام

الخدمه و التعامل فى الفندق اكثر من رائع من جميع العاملين الاكوابارك رائعه. الغرف جيده جدا. الطعام دون المستوى و لا يوجد تنوع. فى يوم على العشاء كان النوع الوحيد من الفراخ الموجود هو فراخ بانيه. المشروبات سيئه لأن الفندق يستخدم مسحوق المشروبات سريعه التحضير (مثل التانج) لتقديم العصائر.

Appena arrivati il frigo non funzionava e ce l'hanno cambiato. Inoltre la camera era sporca ho dato la mancia per farla pulire bene. La carta che serve per aprire la porta della Camera si smagnetizza continuamente. Personale scortese e infastidito per tutto il periodo della vacanza forse a causa del Ramadan. Il ristorante non era di grande qualità e con poco assortimento soprattutto la domenica perché è il giorno di partenza dei gruppi. Raccomando di non lasciare soldi nella cassaforte della Camera , a noi è sparita una cifra importante. Il lungo pontile è quasi inutile perche rimane sulle mangrovie. Non capisco come possa avere 4 stelle.
