A/c didn't work

The hotel is great. Huge hotel. The room the a/c not working. It only went down to 23 degrees Celsicus . Went twice to ask for assistance and did not resolve the problem. The room was extremely warm on my 5 days stay

생긴지 얼마 되지 않아, 객실 컨디션은 상당히 좋은 상태를 유지하고 있는것 같습니다. 다만 낮에는 1층 홀에서 다양한 행사들이 진행되고 있어 상당히 많은 사람들이 드나들고 있어 번잡스러운건 어쩔수가 없네요. 바로 앞에 호수가 있어 뷰가 좋은건 장점이지만, 근처에 편의점이나 편의시설이 있는 곳까지 가려면 최소 10분정도는 걸어야 하는점이 약간의 단점이네요...
