"We booked this hotel because we were attending a basketball tournament. Upon arrival we were not notified that there was no hot water for the entire hotel. We did not realize until we returned from the tournament to shower. I then went to the front desk for more information where i was told the manager was unavailable, there was no estimated resolution and they could not do anything for us. They also mentioned they had received multiple complaints from other guest but still did not inform anyone of the issue. I was told someone from the hotel would reach out to me within 1 week. I still have not heard back from anyone nor has any type of refund or resolution been offered. I booked my stay with 3 children and we did not have hit water for the entire duration of our stay. This hotel was booked for the convenience of location to our tournament and the assumption that BASIC amenities would be provided. Appalled by how the situation was handled. Absolutely would not recommend! "

"Room was clean and quiet. Close to highway and food options. Breakfast was good - only complaint was the eggs and sausage were not hot - a little above room temperature"

"Breakfast was Ok but not great. Waffle batter was out on Saturday. Room was clean. Hotel was a bit noisy with door closes heard very loud early in the morning. Check in/out was easy & fast. "

"Hotel was great. The staff was outstanding. I would definitely stay there again. It’s very convenient to get to Pittsburgh and do everything that we wanted to do. The only thing I can say bad about the place is the toilet that we had in our room did not fill all the time we had to take the back off and adjust it manually ourselves a few times."
