"Savoy ? More like Savoid ! Check in went very smoothly and all staff are exceptionally helpful, however the hotel condition doesn't live up to it’s name. There was some strange odour lingering at certain parts of the corridor and even the high end diffusers couldn’t cover it up. The shower was broken, there was only extremely hot water. The iron was probably a leftover from the 80’s , and not to mention the moth flying out of the bathrobe. "

"We were upgraded to the executive floor. Room was spacious and clean. The food situation was a disappointment. Dinner in the restaurant was cold and we seemed to be forgotten by the staff. 1 hour 45 minutes to have a beer and a couple of appetizers. Room service breakfast lacked about the half of what we ordered because they were out of stock. Room was good though. "
