「Brilliant two nights at The Fig Tree Shanklin. Highly Recommend! First evening, after Dinner at The Steamer Inn down on the Shanklin Esplanade, we caught the lift back up from the Esplanade and walked to The Fig Tree to experience their Monday Open Mic Night which was good fun and we were given accompaniment instruments to join in the funas well as singing along. 「We have stayed here before and again got a family room for 3 nights. This one was better than the last one. We did not stay here for breakfast and went to Morrisons instead. There is limited parking at the hotel and overnight parking on the roads available. Ok if you’re off out for the day, they supply towels and a little bar of soap each. 「On the whole defo 5*! Great location and views. Very friendly staff. Has Indoor swimming pool and we had Breakfast included. Has a bar / lounge area and a welcome feel. 「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」
